Competition Terms + Conditions
Win A Salon Session - Elevate Marketing + Communications
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Elevate Marketing + Communications Pty Ltd (ABN 36654138566), operating in Australia ("the Promoter"). Any questions regarding this competition can be sent to beautyedit@letselevate.it.
2. Competition Period
Entries open from the date of publication + close at 11:59pm AEST on 15 August 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who own, manage, or nominate a registered hair, barber or beauty salon located within Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Salons located outside these regions may be considered at the Promoter's sole discretion, provided the winning salon agrees to cover all reasonable travel + accommodation costs associated with delivering the session. Employees, contractors + immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the entry form at letselevate.it/win-a-salon-session during the Competition Period. Entrants must provide accurate contact details, salon details, + answer all required questions.
5. The Prize
One (1) winning salon will receive a bespoke in-salon business + marketing strategy session with Charmaine Schembri, valued at up to AUD $3,500. The session includes preparation, delivery of the session on an agreed date, + follow-up notes. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, + cannot be exchanged for another product or service. The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of notification unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
6. Judging + Winner Notification
The winning salon will be selected by the Promoter based on the merit, creativity, + authenticity of the answers provided in the entry form. The judges' decision is final + no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via the email address +/or Instagram handle provided at entry within fourteen (14) days of the Competition Period closing.
7. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is unable to take up the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw + award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8. Publicity
By entering, entrants consent to their salon name, city + Instagram handle being used by the Promoter for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, including on the Promoter's website + social channels, without additional compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including photography, video, testimonials + social media content captured during the Salon Session.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is collected for the purpose of running the competition + communicating with entrants about Elevate Marketing + Communications services.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize, other than liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this competition at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require. This competition is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
